URGENT: Pls Help... H1-B transfer...... H4..?

My new employer is a small company. They agreed to transfer my current H1 but not my spouse\'s H4..

What should I do?

1. Do i need an attorney to do this H4 transfer? or I can do it myself.

PS: What Form should i download from INS website?... Extras documents to be mailed if any?

Please gurus guide me...

i think your co might be saying that you have to pay the Fee of $120/- for your spouse
