Dear Folks,
My story goes like this:-

I-485 RD is 14 Feb 2002, RFE for Medical Replied on August 2003, and did my second FP on 4th Dec 2003.
I have been laid off this month i.e. Dec. I have (Same and Similar :-)) job offer from another company starting 1st Week of Jan 2004.

Now, I would be without Job for the month of Dec there by not having the Pay Slip for the month of December.

Do I need of have the Pay Stub for this month, as I have a job beginning Next year, if I get an Employment RFE (Second REF) in future (We all know how USIS or BCIS works and they can send any type of second REF) to produce the pay slips for say... 6 months.

Please Post your replies.

thanks in advance for your BIg Help

Merry Xmas and a very Happy New Year

You don't need to be continuously employed during the adjustment process. If USCIS asks for 6 months' paystubs, you give them what you have for the previous 6 months.

You worry too much! There is nothing URGENT here. take it easy.

I happen to be in a similar boat with a little variation.

This question is for 'TheRealCanadian', incase you get an RFE for last 6-months pay stubs and you have used AC-21 couple of times (lets say 2 times) in the past 6 months during your AOS (not b'coz you wanted to, but since you got laid off from the original sponsoring employer you had to find your own ways couple of times), do you send BCIS the last 6 paystubs from different employers ??

This is based on the fact that the job description is same with all the employers.

Yes. They want all your paystubs from the past six months, so send them. They're just checking to see if you were working for someone without authorization.

I am also in a similar situation.

Has anybody successfully replied to a RFE without sufficient paystubs?

I am not having paystubs for nearly 2 months.

Thanks for everyone for ur answers. It would be a little more reassuring if somebody had actual experience. [I do understand that each application could be different]
