Hi,

I am Indian citizen applying for Canadian immigration. (In USA since last 4 years).

Is it mandatory to submit Police Clearance from India at the time of submitting the application OR can we submit it later ?

Please please help me with this.

u could do it later but it would only delay your file .
you can get it easily from the nearest Indian consulate by paying 20 $

check the forms. i think u do not have to get the police cert from INDIA if u have lived in USA.

Just need USA FBI clearance.

they themselves do it in india.
again check the forms for Police CLearance ...
