Urgent please! I-129 Question :

Hello there-
I am applying for my 7th year H1B Extension based on the I-140 Pending status. In this case, What should be answered for the question in I-129 petition PartB (g) : "Have you ever filed an immigration petition for any person in this petition ?"

As I have already applied for I-140, should I answer "yes" ? if so, what should be explained in separate paper ? is it : "please see the attachment for I-140 Receipt Notice" ?

---- 7th year H1 has to be filed by employer and if employer has filed I-140 for you then answer has to be YES becase employer has filed I-140 for you
As I have already applied for I-140, should I answer "yes" ? if so, what should be explained in separate paper ? is it : "please see the attachment for I-140 Receipt Notice" ?
---- that is fine, even if you only write YES it is OK and lawyer can mention on cover letter
