URGENT - Please Help

Hello there
First thing first - Thanks a lot Jaxen for your reply
regarding my earlier question.

I am on H1 visa (completed my 2 and half years) .
Recently I have been approached by one of the
employer who is ready to sponsor me but for
a different job (not related to earlier one).
Can I use my W2 instead of pay stub for
H1 transfer, as I don't have most recent pay stubs?
Also my H1 has expired in the month of Feb'02
but my present employer had submitted
extension(as per my present employer) in the month of
Jan'02 and still waiting for the approval.
Now can I use my old H1 (as extension is still pending) for my H1 transfer?

I think u can do that

Most probably u'r petition will be approved without I-94 and u will have to travel abroad to get H1 Visa

1. One can use W2 instead of Recent Pay stub for H1 transfer
2. Old H1/I-94 (Without extension) will be accepted
