Hi,
Could someone tell me how 90 days are counted for interim EAD. Is it from the receipt date / the notice date. Also is it 90 working days / simply 90 days by the calender. Please help....

Also, what is the procedure to follow to apply for the interim EAD.

getting an interim EAD is very easy. I got one from San Jose office.

Download a I-765 form from ins.gov. Fill it in. Take that along with a copy of I-765 Receipt notice. Those are the only documents you need.
