My 140 got approved lastweek. I am on H1 visa. Now I have an option of going to CP or AOS. If I go for CP, Will INS check with my previous employers etc in India again ? What r the chances of Rejection ? I have work experience in India - But I did not come out of those companies in Good terms. Will INS call them and check for experiences after 140 also ???? Another question is, Will the education come to picture at CP ? I am not a computer Science graduate but am MSC. Will that be a problem
