Urgent - Please help

I applied for I-485 few months back and got the EAD cards. My wife is currently working on H1-B, but now she wanted to change her job and join the new company on EAD. Can she do that by just providing the EAD to new employer or she need to go out of country and re-enter on Advance Parole before she can take any job on EAD.

Any response will be appreciated.

You can do it straight away. You need not use AP before you use EAD. However, if you use EAD, you need to use AP when you re-enter the country, if you travel outside the country. I think the employer has to file form I-9. I am not sure about the form. You may check with the attorney
