I have applied for my H1 extension in Mar 2007. Now I have got an RFE and we have submitted the documents for that but I do not know when it is going to be approved.
NOW MY QUESTION is Can I apply for I-485 with just H1 receipt number or do i need to have actual approval notice??
While filling 485 application there is a field where we need to enter H1 expiry date and other H1 details. since I have only receipt no i do not know what to enter also.
Please HELP.
