Urgent please help

Friends,
I started working for a new employer without informing my old employer on EAD. And it has been more than a year since I applied for 485.
My H1 was with the old employer who sponsored my GC too.
Since I had some backlog payments and wanted to get all my money I did not inform him.
He came to know I started working for my new employer.
He was all pissed off and wanted me send him an email when I started working for new employer and other details.
Can he do anything, or is this just his dis comfort.
Need help!!!

Comp-A = Old empl
Comp-B = New emp


Well you have two choice ,

1. Stay with Comp-B if they can give u EVL incase RFE is issued, u can use AC21


2. YOu join Comp-A and they give u full support in EVL.


Its yourcall and ball in your court, u decide which way u want to go, noone can force u what to do, one good thing in ur favor is, that u can use AC21 if u decide not to go back to join them and continue with comp-B.


If u have worry that Comp-A may hurt ur 485 , answer is No they can't unless u have any written agreement, and u are authorized to work on H1 for other company. max u lose H1 and may stay on status AOS or transfer ur H visa.

Do not fear to anyone here in this country, as long as u respect law u all fine.

First of all Set ur mind what do u want????? stick with Comp-A or Stick Comp-B? be fair and honest and don't cheat with anyone. don't try to stand on two ships together and never put ur bases on false thing, it will never work, may be temporary sucess, but it will distroy you character and would make u very unconfident and restless person, u may not feel peace in ur mind even u have best thing in ur life. Just Be yourself and Be honest with all and never scared/fear to face truth. Whatever is written in Luck will come. May be somthing in better ahead.


It is not still clear email from u for what? what he is asking to write in email?


He can't do anything maximum he withdraw from H1 and stop support 485,

As long as u have Comp-B (almost similar job and same field) option and they are willing to give EVL incase when RFE issued, You all fine
