urgent please help

Hi,

Iam on H4 and recently i have Applied for H1 and got approved.Due to some problems my employer is not willing to give my H1.so i didn't even applied for SSN.my H4 and my Husband's H1(6 years period)is valid till april 18th 2005.my husband is going to apply for 7Th year extension.my doubts are
1.still Am i on H4 so that my husband can apply for me the 7th year extension.
2.If My status is H1 what i need to do to convert again to H4 now ( i don't have the H1 Paper with me)
Please help m eas i have less time...

---- depends if it was COS or ewH1 for you
2.If My status is H1 what i need to do to convert again to H4 now ( i don't have the H1 Paper with me)
----- you have to again file H1 to H4 change of status if it was filed COS
Please help m eas i have less time...
