I am going to India on 20th Nov.
here is my situation.
I trasfered my H1 visa from company x to company y here in USA.
I haven' t received approval for this transfer case.
Is it safe for me to go to India. I am hoping to receive approval in next 2 weeks.

Yes, it's safe. If your visa stamp is still valid, you can use that for re-entry.

You can leave. Take the transfer receipt with you and the VISA should not expire when you come back.
