I might have to go out of country. I lost my EAD, but I have a scanned copy of it and I have the AP. Do I need the EAD plastic card to go out and come back into US.
---EAD is not needed, you need Valid AP in hand before you go out of US and enter before AP expires, keep the I-485 filing reciept with you( show only if asked) apply for new EAD
