Urgent please help

Guys,
My I 485 got approved on 5th MArch 2004, and we got our passport stamped. My case was AC 21 and my current company provided the employment letter for RFE, now I am getting a better
job offer which I am planning to join. Now my questions are
1) IS satmped PP more than enough to change job
2) Will I face any problem in future?

You are a PR, I don't think you would face any problem now.
And change your username to harapattawaitover or harapattagetter or harapattahaver.
