I am planning to travel in December 1st week to India. My details:
- H1B multiple entry valid till Oct 2002
- PD 6/99
- RD 1/01
- ND 2/02

Can I travel to India on H1B multiple? Or do I need AP? If I need AP, how long does it take, and where does the application go to? I live in NYC metro area.
