Urgent please help! pending labor

Hi,
About me.

Working for company 'A'
'A' has applied my LC in June 2003.
LC is still pending.
I haven't gotten my 45 day letter yet.
6th year H1B ending in April 2006.

Now.

Filing 7th year extension through company 'B'.
'B' have to use pending labor filed by company A.
I need pending labor screen shot for 7th year extension.
Sent email to dallas and philly back log centers in the 2nd week of January. for screen shot but no response till now.
Please give me your opinion on how to proceed with this issue.

If you have proof of June 2003 LC pending other than screen shot thats alright.
Most of the sttes issue letters as soon as they receive LC application with PD on it.
