I have an application that is pending at Atlanta PERM Processing Center. It was filed on 20th October 2005 and went to Audit in Feb 2006.
There is no response on that application yet. The application was made on the basis of a BS Equivalency (10+2+3 year Diploma+ 1 year Computer Diploma) and 7 years of experience.
I have been in US since 2000. In the meantime, I worked on getting a BS (Comp Sci) and I will be getting my degree in May.
I was wondering if I could file a new application in PERM and use this new degree and also the 7+ years of work experience I will have. This way I will get labor through PERM and get 140 quickly done if I am lucky and get 3 year extension rather than 1 year. My 6 years on H1 expire in Nov 2006.
Any advice please gurus?????????????????
