HELLO ALL,
I got a notice from NSC saying that my I-485 application has been transfered to St.Paul/Minneapolis USCIS office for processing.
I assume there is good amount of chances that I may get Interview call for my I-485 from St.Paul/Minneapolis USCIS office. This is really shocking to me as I have No criminal/police record of any kind, I have been in U.S Legally so far.

Is it Normal for NSC to transfer I-485 cases to local USCIS office ? Does this mean there is something wrong and Interview
is expected? Gurus, Please help.

Can somebody share their I-485 interview expereince in St.Paul/Minneapolis office and what was the result of
your I-485 after the interview.

Please note that I am from NON-Retrogessed Country, my I-140 was approved in March 17, 2007 and I had filled I-485 on
June 23, 2006 and NSC was suppose to be processing cases filled on Aug 10, 2006 and St.Paul/Minneapolis USCIS office
is suppose to be processing cases filled on Sep 13, 2007 ( as of March 15, 2007 available at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp;jsessionid=caRiKrTeY2ye )

Hello

My Wife's I-485 has been transferred to LA Local Office from Nebraska. Case was Transferred on Mar 16 and we got the Paper Transfer Notice on Mar 27 saying " in order to speed up processing we have Transferred above case ....."

Did U have the Same Transfer Notice . Seems like there are so many Transfers to Local Office from Diff Service Centers. Are all those for Interview or to Speed up processing ?

Any feedback ? Lets keep in touch.

Thanks

Shovon
