My visa expired on sep 2001. I applied for an extension of visa and got it from oct 2001 to oct 2004. I am a software consultant and my client place keeps on changing.
At the time of Extension i was in Richmond, VA
so my for extension to be done my office lawyer gave the Richmond Address as the client address. After 3 months I moved to NJ for a new client. Till that time i am in NJ only.
When i am in U.S i didn't send my extension papers for stamping. NOw i am going to India for stamping.
My question is MY I-129 papers say richmond address but now my bank accounts, paystubs, and w2 forms say NJ address. Will there be a problem now for stamping because of the mismatch.
If i have a L.C.A for NJ is that enough to get the stamping.
Please advise me i am really worried.
