Urgent---Please help---B2 extension denial

Hello, Does anyone know or have an experience how soon you have to depart USA after your B2 extension is denied. It doesn't specify in the denial letter. The denial notice date is June 28, but there is red note with another date on the back of original I-94, which is June 16. I booked air ticket on July 25. Is it going to cause any trouble when I apply visa next time?

What is the reason ?. I think they should leave immiediately. But july 25th may be okay.
I have also applied 2nd extn for my mom. Let me know about the proceedings

Guess its 2 weeks

Heard that its 2 weeks from the date on your denial notice. But if you receive the notice itself by mail a week after the date...then its not going to be ur problem...

BTW, any reason for denial? Is it the first extension? How many times has he visited before and for how long?

it was denied because the reason for extension was not strong enough and 6 month granted as enter USA is already long enough.

this is the second visit to USA and the first extension applied. She stayed for 5 month as first visit. Everything seems fine. but it was denied. Good luck to all of you.

I have applied for an extension of my in-laws visa in April. Have not heard till now. The reason we have given is incompletion of travel plans.

Can we know the reason you gave for justifying the extension request for your relative? Also, which service center did you apply at?

When was it applied/rejected

Could you give me what date you applied for extension and what date it was denied. I just want to know how long they take to respond? and it is VSC? I am also applying for my in-laws' extension and want to be sure.
