Urgent Please!!!H1B expries, 6 years completing

My 6 years of stay on H1 and H4 finished on sep 05. But I applied for H1 for 5 months time which I spent in India during these 6 years. I got visa from october 1st to jan 11th 2006. I din't file for any labor. What are my options to extend visa.

My husband is in his 7th year extension. We have to apply for 8th year by this month end. If I have no option to be on H1 I have to apply for H4 again. Please help me ASAP.

If you don't have an LC or 140 filed for you not your husband pending for more than 365 days when your 6 year H-1b expires, you will not be eligible to extend it beyond 6 years.
