Urgent Please: Changing Employer 2nd time with AC21 Act..

I have non-concurent file of I-485 since Dec 2002, @ VSC. Try to change consulting employer with similar job and title, by seeing long wait for I-485 approval now a days. I have few point to clarify before jump:

1) Is new employer's number of employees is matter to use AC-21 Act?
2) Is new employers's finacial history matter or only previous year is enough?
3) Is change of employer is again desi consulting firm then is that a give hard time with RFE's even with good track record of GC?
4) I have situation like need to change to a desi consulting company for 2 months and then again fortune 500 company. If so do I have to inform 2 times to USCIS about chagne with AC-21 Act?

5) Is that multiple change wihin short time effect my I-485 approval?

------ it does not matter but company should be able to show that they can pay wages, better not to go with company that is 1-2 year old
2) Is new employers's finacial history matter or only previous year is enough?
----finacial history matters, USCIS can ask the company documents to make sure the company can pay the wages after I-485 approval
3) Is change of employer is again desi consulting firm then is that a give hard time with RFE's even with good track record of GC?
------ it des not matter is is Desi or Videshi, they should be able to give you document what ever USCIS asks in future and future job offer letter in same skills as on past approved LC and should be able to pay you

-------- If you feel that your I-485 is not going to approved in 3 months then send letter from good company, you can also inform 2 times, I-485 will be approved based on latest Letter of employer and you must work with that employer after I-485 approval for 6 months minimum

***** the above statement I wrote becase your second company seems to be better and if I-485 is not going to be approved in 2-3 months then send the AC21 letter from fortune 500 company becase you are going to join that company in 2 months according to your post
