Urgent -- please answer asap

After filing 485, I got the receipt date. Didn\'t get EAD yet!
My lawyer told we can start working once we get receipt date.
Another lawyer in the same firm says I cannot work.
Does anybody know about this. Thanks for your advice.

u can\'t work with out ead.

AOS is a valid status But

TO work you need EAD or H1 or other work visas
