i changed employment. now i was told that the old company is using I-140 for another employee.
1. Can they do? if so what happens
2. How to find out
3. Will INS process both the I-485\'s (I got my FP done)

Are you more than 180 days after 485 ( RD)

IF yes, then no problem
If 485 is not approved in more than 180 days then also you are fine

Your I-140 is not transferable and cannot be used for any other employees.

Only Labor certification is transferable.
