Urgent Pl help.. Privlage wage on LAbor dosent match W2 statemens

request for help !


I moved from Company AAA to Company BBB in 2006 May
Company BBB is processing my GC Working for this company for 1.5 years


2005 W2 has --63K
2006 2-w2's --61k --(with part company AAA+ company BBB)
Labor PERM mentioned minimum privllaged wage --88K
I have a PER DM set on my pay checks and I am getting--78K

140 approved , Filing for 485 will there be any issue Pl suggest solution.

Yes. It is a huge issue. I have the same and lawyer told my compnay to resolve this ASAP so he can file my I-485

Hi Can you let me know what could be the possible resolution
as there is very less time
what could the company do (is it the letter thya need or some thing else
