Hello All,
I am in quite a fix at the moment.I graduated in dec 06. and had applied for my OPT in Nov 06.I recieved a denial for my OPT application June 19th 07.But before i recd the denial a company appied for H1 in april07. From most of what i have heard, because i am currently not on any visa i am out of status and that, i will have to leave the country and re-enter once my h1 comes through if at all. But recently i spoke with one of the USCIS's represtatives and he informed that i could stay legally in the US as far as i have an application pending with them.
I am not quite sure what should i be doing right now?If i could stay or if i have to leave the country
