Urgent on AC21 - change geographical location

Hi Experts,

I am planning to use AC21 portability, and thought of changing employer.
my current employer is in Baltimore,MD and i am planning to join in a company in san jose, calofornia.

will be any problem if we change geographically??????.

if it is okay, will my case transfer from Vermont to CA service center??

Unless

your LC is tied to baltimore (see the application) you should be able to move to a different metro area with similar job responsibilities.

I have a similar situation. Moving from NJ to Texas... but using EAD. Is that going to move my application from VSC to TSC ?
