H-4 Stamping in india entered US with I-94 valid from Nov 1, 2001 to Jul 24, 2002

H-4 & I-94 extended while in US applied for extension on Mar 1, 2002

This is where the problem is...My company applied for extension, In I-129 employer mentioned wrong date instead of From Jul 24, 2002 they mentioned Feb 27, 2004 to Oct 15, 2004 and applied for extension on Mar 1, 2002...This extension was approved and mail was lost...So we did I-824 to request duplicate approval notice which was processed and mailed to us on Apr 20, 2004 almost 2 years they took to process this application when we received the notice we noticed the wrong date...By the time we received the duplicate approval notice our H-1 and H-4 is due for another renewal so we applied for both premium processing and got approved in 10 days with valid date From Oct 15, 2004 till Oct 15, 2006...

I am listing the dates here for H4

1. H-4 Stamping in india and entered US I-94 and stamping valid from Nov 1, 2001 till Jul 24, 2002

2. H-4 extended on Mar 2002 and got approval valid from Feb 27, 2004 Till Oct 15, 2004
3. H-4 extended once again on Jul 1, 2004 and got approved from Oct 15, 2004 till Oct 15, 2006.....

See the missing dates in line numbered 2. How do i correct this dates? Do i need to correct this date prior applying 140 and 485...My lawyer says that since my wife's third line extension is approved there should not be any issues...But i am little bit worried proceeding further greencard stages.

One more all my H-1 valid have correct dates...But only one H4 menitoned in item 2 is having issues...

Experts please suggest me what should i do...

Thanks in advance....

----------------may be the person who filed H4 Ext did a mistake or USCIS did a mistake because H4 ext is related to your H1 validity if your H1 at that time was not valid till OCTOBER 15,2004 then it was mistake
3. H-4 extended once again on Jul 1, 2004 and got approved from Oct 15, 2004 till Oct 15, 2006.....

--------------- I agree with your lawyer
** but talk to your lawyer if they dig the past because your spouse was staying without valid H4 some time
But i am little bit worried proceeding further greencard stages.
** did she enter USCIS any time after Jul 1, 2004? ask the lawyer if she can renter US again (from India or Canada/mexico) if she enters gain then her past out of status staying will not be problem at the time of her I-485 approval

----------------- that H4 extension should have the validity till your H1
