Urgent: need to get AP renewed..what docs you should send and where..

How much time it will take to get APs, I already have one but it is expiring on Aug, 23 2001 and also I have booked tickets to travel on June 7th. Do I have sufficient time??.

If you plan on returning before 23rd of Aug, you do not need to get another AP. However, if your ND is close to 10/99, I would suggest not to leave the country as we are noticing quick approvals lately.

Getting back your original question, AP has taken close to 2 months for me on both the occasions but a friend of mine recently got his in about 5 weeks.

Can\'t we just go to local office and get AP and EAD renewed???. BTW my ND is Aug 2000, EB3, but sad to say PD is 6/96 still waiting.
