URGENT need lawyer for paid consultation for ac21

any lawyer please inform me if available

scope:

1. Review current file lc and i-140 approved)
2. current attorney cannot give legal advice on whether ac21 can be used (conflict of interest)
3. objective is attorney to write legal opinion and mail to me saying that the attorneys opinion is
that I can use ac21 provided (conditions are 140 approved,same or similar job, 485 pending > 180 days)
etc
4 NOTE: i want to join my freinds small startup company (brand new one owner, will pay proferred wage as evidenced by payroll stubs)
5 interview has been planned by uscisand likely soon in CA so all docs must be in order

6 if you are a local CA attorney and can write the letter contact me and
i will engage your paid service, need cost estimate to write letter and 30 min paid legal consultation
7 my attorney has agreed to provide info from file since the current atty cannot advise due to
conflict of interest

8 need attorney soon and need letter soon. also called for local interview
so all documetation needed to use ac21 from new startup company must be listed in a checklist.

uscis does not write clear guidelinesto follow so there are issues :mad:
 
If possible, I would suggest you to search for real job using EAD not at friends/relative's company. Real job will give you peace of mind and won't create ability to pay issues etcc.

Why u want to join friend's company??
 
highly rewarding job

this is a highly rewarding job. if you understand the circumstances you will understand the reason to join a freinds conmapny is to retain greater percentage of the billing rate. simple as that. over a long term it means more $$$. if it is legal and all laws are complied with then why not??
 
can u suggest any lawyer who can be engaged?

what I understand from your posting. I would suggest you can call Rajiv S Khanna for consultation. ( I guess his charges are very nominal and he is the best)
