I lost my EAD. It was issued on dec01. I have not used so far, but in the future (In one month) I may have to use. So how to get new EAD card.
Please advise me in getting new EAD.

Also please advise me in which one is good on changing the employer using the EAD or Transfering the H1. I have completed morethan 180 days after ND. Also I have done my FP in Feb 2002

Please post all your suggestions.

Yes, I am changing the job because of the project. Please advise me which one is good either EAD or H1 Transfer. Still I got 2 more years on H1.
