Urgent .... Need Help!

Hello

In an car break-in incident have lost passport and other important documents, that includes my parent's passport. Their stay ends ( I-94) date in July 1st week.

Need to know, how can I get the I-94 or duplicate visa etc and whome to contact.

Any pointers, phone number, information is higly appriciated. ( I am in SFO - bay area)

Sad to know about this thing, I think you can contact Indian Embassy here in US, search in google for their numbers. The embassy can guide you further. I think you can get indian embassy number and what you need to do in this situation on immihelp.com

Sorry to hear about your car break in. Hope you have photocopies of the lost passports. That will expedite getting new passports from the embassy.

Indian consulate in SFO can get your parents a temporary passport/transportation letter to travel back to India. They will have to apply for a new passport there. They will also have to apply for a new visa if they plan to travel again.
