As per AVM, I-485 for me and my wife still says pending(usual 350-380 days).
But for my sons it says "On March 1st 2002, the appropriate American consulate or Port of Entry was notified by cable, telephone or fax of the approval of the case"

What does this mean?
My attorney says he did not receive any thing from NSC.

Please any help on this is highly appreciated.
My case details: (NSC)EB3/INDIA, RD 04/01, ND 04/01, FP 06/01, EAD 07/01 No RFE sofar.

Check the receipt number...

There might be a mistake. Try calling INS or ask your lawyer to write a letter. you can also to try to fax an enquiry about the case with the service center and get a response.
 
Thanks a lot! But I did talk to an IIO

I did talk to one IIO, and she said she has no idea about that message, but for sure my Son case is still pending as mine and my wife.
When I insisted for an explanation, (like is it possible for her to ask some body...), she said she could but she hang up on me.
