Urgent ! Need advice on AC 21

Hi guys,

I have same case in TSC.

140 AD - June 2003.
485 RD - May 13, 2003.

140 revoked in June 2004.
Received NOID.
Applied for AC 21 in July 2004 with MTR after getting the similar job.

MTR is still pending.
Got 485 FP notices in Feb 2005.

Inquired for MTR in June 2005 and got response yesterday that my 485 is reopened.

I have a question for gurus.
What happens to my 485 priority date?

My assumption is that if USCIS has reopened my 485 then my priority date should remain same as original ( May 13, 2003).

Is that correct assumption ?

If that's the case then the current TSC processing date for 485 cases is June 2003 . Does that mean that they should clear my application ASAP?

what can I do to expedite the process?

That's not your priority date, that's your receipt date.

Not necessarily, it depends where your file is in the queue.

First of all , my mistake that I mentioned "Priority Date".
As per USCIS processing dates, they list the date based on the date when the case was received ( my assumption is that it is "Recipt Date").

so if that's the case then also my 485 Recipt date is May 13, 2003 (TSC) which is already been passed.

Secondly I understand that it depends on which queue I am on but that's the whole confusion about.
Where should I consider my self?
