Hi,
My LC was approved from NC and the Work Site on LC is specified as NC. I filed my I-485 from TSC and had Dallas address on TSC records. Is this factor going to get my GC denied..

What if i move my case to NC now Dallas address is going to create a problem for me. I am still using H1b for working but my endup using EAD after few months as my H1B may expire.

it is important that your LC be from the same place where you are working.....

BCIS can deny your application based on that.....

I am not a lawyer nor a subject matter expert, but this is what I have found out browsing this forum
