URGENT:Mispelt Spouse's Last Name in Annotation

My wife successfully got her H4 visa stamped recently. But the issue is that my Last name in the Annotation part of the Visa is Misspelt. Will that be an issue for travelling? I will be accompanying her and everything else on her passport and petition are correct. If this is an issue, how can we get it corrected.

---- This is a non issue as it is only a minor mistake with a letter missing, or an extra letter added or two letters are misplaced and a host of other things. Unless the last name or first name is totally different and do not match up you and your wife are good to travel to the US.
