Format of offer letter
Please point me towards any threads which descrobe a situation where a future employment case was denied/approved in the case of an interview. I want to know
1. what questions are likely to be asked?
2. whether the lack of paystubs (of course there will be the ones from the previous company but not from the new company) is going to raise issues, and finally
3. the denial (if it happens) likely to be on the spot, or a separate NOID that happens later? - also,
4. do immigration benefits continue while NOID or denial is being disputed?
5. Any special format the future offer letter should take?
