I got my Labor certification approved finally in RIR after 2 years

my question is this

Can I get a copy of my own labor certification? can the attorney deny me a copy for any reason?

example citing employer privacy etc. i waited 2 years to see the damn thing.

In any case, I want to get a new attorney to start my I-140.
How do I do this asap. The company I work for does not care which attorney files the case.

--- Lawyer may not give LC approved copy to you because it is filed by employer, your employer will be provided original approved LC if they ask

--- I-140 is also employer petition and filed by employer if you want to change the lawyer ask your employer or Hr to get the original LC from previous lawyer and hire new lawyer

--- Get letter from employer that lawyer should give you the approved LC and go to the lawyer to get original LC copy (your employer can also request your lawyer on phone to give you the LC copy, lawyer can not deny it) then find new lawyer file I-140, I-485, EAD, AP

Regardless of who the client is, if the employer and you both direct the attorney to turn over the entire file, the attorney MUST release the file. It is an ethical violation to do otherwise. The attorney can charge you a reasonable (maybe ridiculous like $1.00 per page but still "reasonable") copying fee but the attorney MUST release the file. Have your new attorney advise you.
