Urgent !!Last name change in AP and EAD

Me and my wife received our EAD and AP.Both of us were on H1 when we applied for AOS. I was the
 primary applicant fro GC.Now in my wife\'s EAD and AP her last name is changed to my last name.
Will there any problems when she uses her AP for travel since her passport
has a different last name.We do have our marriage certificate.

Any help is appreciated.

Go to your local INS and get it fixed right away.
If you do not have time, do you have the receipt notices? If the names are right in them , you can show that INS made the mistake and can tell the POE that you did not have time to correct the mistake...

Even in the reciepts she has my last name.

Thanks for getting back to me. I do have the receipts and even there she has my last name. Do you think it is a
mistake or the lawyer gave like that in the AP, EAD and 485 applications since her last name would be same
as mine since we are married. In her passport she has her last name prior to our marriage(Her Dad\'s last name).

Since it was a clerical mistake, call INS and try to fix it. If the application itself was erroneous explore (with lawyer) whether it is ok to work with this EAD. My opinion, it should be okay, since misspellings are common and even the letter with EAD card says that small such mistakes can be fixed...
