Urgent! --labor substitute education match

My compay has a approved labor that requires a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or foeign aquivalent.
I have a foreign Bachelor's degree in Library Science (Bachelor of Arts). I do have a U.S. 2-year Master's degree in Computer Science. Can I use this approved labor?

I have to make the decision now. Please help.

I think your educational qualification should be the same as the person who got labor, I think you do not posses computer science degree, the existing labor will not fit for you. Pl. contact good imm. Lawyer, he will clarify your question

You can make use of MS degree in the place of BS degree not vice versa. Make a credential evaluation from www.wes.org, submit along with I 140 "Substituion of Alien" petition.
