Urgent L1 Question

Hi All,
I need an advice.

I would be going for L1 stamping in March at Chennai Counslate. Ard 7 years back I had filed for H1. My petition was approved but I never got it stamped.

My Q is:
Do they refer to that old record while stamping? I may some diff in information shown in these 2 petitions.
