I have entered US on Jan 05 using L1B Visa, the expiration date on my Visa and I-94 is Dec 06.
When I applied for the Visa, it is for one year, from Jan 05 to Dec 05, but I was given 2 years period (from Jan 05 to Jan 06).
Do I need to apply for an extension? Will I be out of status if I didn't do that? How could I extend the Visa if it is valid until Dec 06?
Please let me know as I wanted to work in my company and worry that I will be out of status. Many thanks.
