Urgent K3 Visa Status Spouse, Applying I-485, Is Medical Exam In Usa Required ???

Hi,

Very Urgent Please !!!!

My spouse on K3 VISA is applying for I-485 (Adjustment Of Status).

She had a medical examination for K3 VISA less than 3 months ago (in India).

Will she have to take a medical examination in USA for I-485 and send the report with her I485 APP ????

I know that K-1 people do the medical exam while they are still home, and when they do AOS here, all they have to attach is a vaccination certificate.
