Urgent - Job Description / Salary Do not Match ? Advise Gurus

Has anyone been in situation where the Job title / Salary as mentioned in Labor do not match current Job titles / Salary.

In my case my employer has agreed to add the Job description as per Labor in my employment letter. But my Job title still does not match. Besides, my current salary is about 20% below that mentioned in labor. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I have decided to take the risk.
Looks like there were succesful Cpers with the same problem

Persuade your employer to change your job title as in the LC.

In my CP, the consulate officer (Indian). Verified the job title on LC, employment verification letter, pay stub. As GC Despo pointed out, get the employment verification letter with the salary as in the LC.

Job Title

We work in a country of uncertainity.Even the company name is not permanent and how can the job title be the same(Same as in LC) .There is very little chance or no chance for GC being rejected for no matching job title .
Just make sure ur job description is the same .

I am goin to go ahead and my attorney felt the same.
