My H1 visa is being transfered from Company A to Company B. I have my Company A H1 visa valid till Sept 2007. I am planning a trip to India in Aug 2006. Do I require stamping before I return from India. How can I handle this?
----- you can enter with valid H1 visa stamp of A AND at POE show company B H1 approval notice and you will get I-94 till new H1 approval notice. if you think you may not get H1 approval before you go out better upgrade pending H1 with premium processing so that you get approval in hand before you go out
