Hi All,
A procespective new employer says its not needed to file H1b transfer via Prem.processing. Guess with the increase in h1b fees, its going to cost them much more??
My question: If they file via regular process, and after I joing then, I have to jump to another employer (worst case), Can another h1b trasfer be filed with just the receipt notice? Or is that strongly not advised.
BTW: how much does it cost an employer now to file for h1b trasfer via prem. processing.
