Is it okay to change job after 180 days? My PD is Nov\' 98 EB3, ND Nov\'99. It\'s a long way to go for me. I would really appreciate your replies.

Many attorney\'s says that pls wait for INS to issue regulations. Since the wording in the laws are not very clear on this. Also, when to count 6 months from? when i485 is filed? or law is in-force? lots of un-resolved questions????

If you are laid off you are fine and can get a new employer to
support your 485 - this is my opinion.

You can also check with an attorney of your own choice.
