Urgent-Is H1B visa stamping required everytime employer is changed

Hi,
I have my H1B visa stamped on my passport from employer A .
I have now changed to employer B, I have my new H1b petition approved.
I am travelling to India and planning to get married!
So Do I need to get my passport stamped again for the new employerB inorder to bring my spouse?
Is my earlier stamp valid even though I am working for new employer?

----- NO, if your Visa stamp is still valid ,you need to be back before Visa stamp with name of A gets expired and at POE show your valid Visa stamp AND H1 approval notice of B and you will get I-94 till new H1 approval notice validity
Your spouse need to show new H1 approval for H4 visa stamp.
Is my earlier stamp valid even though I am working for new employer?
