Urgent - How much I need to pay USCIS for the concurrent H1B?

Hi, All:

I have a question about the fee of concurrent H1B application.

My case is I worked for company A for 4 years, I filed LC on Oct 2003 and it is pending at federal level. I found another job at company B in March and I transfered my H1B visa from company A to company B. Last week company B told me that I am not qualified for EB2, I don't want to apply EB3, so I contacted company A and they told me that I can work as a part-time employee for them, as return, they will keep my green card application, but I have to apply the concurrent H1B by myself, I don't know how much I need to pay for it, I read the I-129 instruction, here is what I got:

1. I know I will pay the $185 base fee
2. Do I need to pay the $1500 petition filling fee? (I have been working for company A for four years)
3. Do I need to pay the $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee?

Thanks a lot! My whole family appreciate your help.

And also on I-129 form Part 2. Information about this petition.

Question 2: Basis for Classification

a. New employment

b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer.

c. Change in previously approved employment

d. New concurrent employment

e. Change of employer

f. Amended petition

Which one should I choose?

I don't see any reply yet.

I contacted some attorneys, I was told that I need to pay all the fees ($1500+$500+$185+attorney fee), but the new concurrent H1B will not need quota, I can start working for company A after the attorney file the applications.

Let me know if you guys have different conclusion.

Thanks
