i am in H1B and my wife is in H4 visa . she is 7 months pregnant . my project got ended now. its not advisable to go back to india as per doctors advice.

my company doesn\'t pays on bench. eventhough i can manage with my savings.

what happens to my insurance. will it get covered or not.

is it possible to deliver the baby in US. what will be the status of my baby?

It is an insurance for people laid off. See if you can ask your company to provide insurance coverage or help in cobra.

Your kid will be eligible to be an US citizen. As soon as he/she is born, get a SSN and get a US passport (and your home country visa) if you want to preserve your child\'s US citizenship. A US citizen can be outside the country as long as it is required.
